This size 10 pan was manufactured by the Lodge Manufacturing Company in South Pittsburgh Tennessee, likely in the 1950’s. It features the classic Lodge 3 notch heat ring, and “10” on the underside, as well as XSRE & 045.
This skillet is 16-5/8″ long and 12-5/8″. This pan has noticeable movement, and as such is only suited to raised cooking surfaces and ovens. It would also be perfect for camping!
The interior is in excellent condition. Original milling marks are prominent on the walls, and the cooking surface only has light signs of use. There is a small casting flaw on the underside of the pan. I took lots of photos, so please click on the magnifying glass to see them in detail.
This pan has been thoroughly cleaned, and seasoned with one coat of Crisco. It is ready for immediate use!
