This nice little pan was made by the Wagner Manufacturing Co in Sidney OH, probably some time before the 1960’s. It doesn’t feature the Wagner logo, but has “6 1/2 INCH SKILLET I” with an “I” on the handle in the Wagner font.
No. 3 skillets are very versatile! You can use them as individual serving dishes for mac n cheese, or you can make individual skillet cakes, skillet cookies, brownies or cobblers. Of course, they are fabulous for frying one or two eggs in the morning.
I have included some pictures of things I’ve cooked in other no. 3 pans below.
This little pan is 7″ across the pouring spouts and sits flat.
It has some light scratches and signs of use – nothing unusual for a vintage pan of this age! I have taken lots of pictures so please click on the magnifying glass to see them in more detail.
I have thoroughly cleaned and heat-seasoned this skillet with one coat of Crisco. It is ready for immediate use!
