This gem pan was manufactured by the Griswold Manufacturing Company from the 1880’s to 1920’s, though the Griswold name is not on the piece. It is the No. 6 Gem Pan. It measures 13″ x 7-1/2″. The product number (which is not on the piece) is 944. This is variation 3 of 6 known variations. As with other Griswold gem pans, it is fun to try to collect all of the variations!
The pan has 12 cups. Please take a look at the photos for condition – it is in great condition. It is in immaculate, squeaky clean condition, and I heat-seasoned it with a mixture of Crisco vegetable shortening and Pam. It is ready for use and display!
