Near-Mint Wagner Stylized Logo No. 6 cast iron skillet with product number 1056 B and a flat bottom. This pan was made by the Wagner Manufacturing Company in Sidney, OH between 1935 – 1959.
It is 13 7/8″ long, including the handle, 9 5/8″ wide when measured at the pouring spouts, 2″ high and the diameter of the cooking surface is 7 1/2″.
This pan sits flat and is suitable for all cooking surfaces.
It has beautiful grind marks on the interior walls and a particularly lovely cooking surface, with a gorgeous patina. The casting is very nice. There is little I can say that is bad about this pan, there are no obvious casting flaws, no big signs of use (i.e. scratches), it’s a great pan that is in fabulous condition for its age! Others may call this mint, but I would want more obvious grind marks on the cooking surface to call this mint, so I’ve labeled it near-mint. Please examine the photos closely.
This wonderful pan has been cleaned to bare iron and seasoned with one coat of our special mixture of coconut and canola oils, and beeswax. It is ready for immediate use or display!
