Griswold Munk Pan No 33, pn 2992, variation 2 (of 2). The pan was manufactured during the 1920’s – 1940’s. It is 9″ in diameter and 1-1/2″ tall. It is marked on the underside as shown in the photos: NO 33 MUNK 2992 PAN. The munk pans are scarce and highly collectible. They are similar to the Danish Cake / Aebleskiver pans, but they do not have the same perimeter casting as the Aebleskivers.
There are some areas of casting that are imperfect – I took close up photos so that you can examine them carefully. Please do.
The Munk Pan is clean and I heat seasoned it with Crisco vegetable shortening. It is ready for use and display.
