The “Good Health” line of pans was created by the Griswold Manufacturing Co in Erie, PA from the 1920’s to the 1930’s.
This is a No. 8 skillet, it is marked with “Good Health Skillet 8″ on the underside, along with the pattern number.
It is 15-1/4″ long, including the handle, and 11-1/4” wide at the pouring spouts.
This pan is in excellent condition. The cooking surface has a beautiful glossy black patina with only light signs of use. There are some signs of use on the rim, and a couple of minor indentations on the underside – nothing unusual for a pan of this age. Please see the pictures.
There is noticeable movement when I press on the rims – this pan is recommended for raised cooktops only.
This is going to be a great cooker!
This pan has been thoroughly cleaned, and heat-seasoned with one coat of Crisco. It is ready for immedate use or display!
