Product Description

This ever popular Griswold Oval Skillet, also known as a Fish Fryer was manufactured by the Griswold Manufacturing Company in Erie, Pennsylvania between 1940 – 1957.

It features the Griswold large block logo on the underside, with “No. 15 OVAL SKILLET ERIE PA. U.S.A” and the pattern number 1013.  The writing is crisp and clear.

It is 20-7/16″ long, including the handle, 9-3/4″ wide and 2-7/16″ tall.

This one is in great condition!  It only has very light signs of use.  The cooking surface has a glossy black patina.  There are some pinpricks, likely caused by air bubbles during the casting process, but these are nothing to be concerned about, I point them out only in the interest of being thorough.  The casting is excellent.

Please examine the photos closely.

This pan is suitable for all cooktops.

It has been thoroughly cleaned, and seasoned with one coat of Crisco.  It is ready for immediate use or display!

This fabulous pan comes with free shipping!
