This cast iron corn stick pan was made between the 1930’s and 1950’s in Erie, PA by, and is marked “NO. 273 GRISWOLD CRISPY CORN STICK PAN ERIE PA., U.S.A. 930”.
It features 7 corn-shaped cups for corn bread and a hole in one handle. Each cup is 5-1/2″ long.
It is in great condition! There is a small patch of roughness about the size of a pencil eraser on the underside, between the “NO.” and “273” This is of no significance, but I like to be thorough. Please see the pics.
This lovely piece has been thoroughly cleaned and heat-seasoned with Crisco, plus a little Pam to get in the nooks and crannies.
It is ready for immediate use or display!
