The Griswold / ERIE No. 10 popover pan had 15 variations, which were made between the 1880’s – 1950’s.
This is one of the earlier variations – it is marked with “NO 10.” and “ERIE” on the underside, and looks like a combination of Variations 2 and 4 – as it is missing the pattern number “948” that is inscribed on the 4th variation, but has the period after the “10”, which is missing from the second variation. It’s a little mystery!
This pan has 11 cups, each approx 2.5″ in diameter.
As an older pan, there are some light signs of use and a few casting marks, but overall this muffin / popover pan is going to be a fabulous cooker! Please see the pictures.
It has been thoroughly cleaned, and heat seasoned with Crisco. It is ready for immediate use or display!
