This is a cute little pan! Alfred Andresen Company. The plett pan is often used to make Swedish pancakes, which are a bit like mini crepes. Delicious!
This plett pan is marked on the bottom as shown in the photos: “AA&CO MPLS”. The pan is 9-1/2″ in diameter, and about 5/8″ high. The cups are 3″ in diameter and about 1/4″ deep.
Whilst Griswold made many items for Alfred Andresen & Co, this particular pan does not appear to be one of those.
This pan has noticeable movement and doesn’t sit flat. It would cook wonderfully on a cooktop with raised burners, such as gas. There is also a small flaw in the middle of the center cup.
This pan has been cleaned to bare iron and heat-seasoned with Crisco vegetable shortening. It is ready for use and display.
